The West Virginia House of Delegates advanced House Bills 4393, 4410, 4437, 4610, and 4626 to the Senate this morning.
House Bill 4393 would require the Department of Human Services to develop a statewide plan to provide prevention services to children who at risk without needing to have an open CPS case.
