This morning the House met to complete legislative action on six Senate Bills. Among those were Senate Bill 374 which would permit in absentia parole hearings in certain instances and Senate Bill 351 that relates to charitable organization contribution levels requiring independent audit reports.
Senate Bill 559 was passed and communicated to the Senate. This would relate to social work licensing exemptions.
Eight bills were also advanced to second reading.
The conference committee was appointed for HB 2213, which would reduce the distributions to the WV Infrastructure Fund.
House is adjurned until 10 A.M. Saturday.
The House Judiciary committee will hold a public hearing on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. in the House Chamber on Senate Bill 418 which relates to trustee real estate sale under deed of trust.
