House Health Moves Four Bills

The House Health and Human Resource Committee passed four bills out of committee this afternoon.

House Bill 4023 – relating to the regulation of dialysis technicians – was passed out of committee and referred to the Government Organization Committee.

House Bill 4025 – permitting reciprocity for licensure as a pharmacy technician – was passed out of committee and referred to the Government Organization Committee.

House Bill 4026 – exempting cashiers from licensure under the Larry W. Border Pharmacy Practice Act – was passed out of committee and will be sent to the floor.

House Bill 4035 – creating a legislative coalition to study and report to the Legislature on palliative care – was passed out of committee and referred to the Judiciary Committee.

House Health and Human Resource will meet again Thursday, Jan. 18, at 2 p.m. in 215M.
