Today, the 78th West Virginia Legislature begins its second regular session. Both the House of Delegates and the Senate will convene at noon in their respective chambers.
Later, at 7 p.m., lawmakers will meet in the House Chamber for the Governor’s annual State of the State Address. The Governor’s Web site will be providing streaming audio and video of the speech.
Throughout the 60-day session, this site will be constantly updated with information on legislation, committee meetings and other goings-on in the Legislature.
