The House of Delegates passed seven bills this morning, the 34th day of the regular session.
House Bills 2046, 2497, 2603, 2762, 2770, 2819, and 2847 were all passed.
Also passed were nine House Concurrent Resolutions, including HCR 44, which would call for an evaluation of the state’s court system.
The Wayne High School Football team received a citation honoring their 2012 Class AA State Championship. The West Virginia Pregnancy Care Centers also received a citation.
UPDATE:
The House met this afternoon to receive messages from the Senate. Senate Bill 359, regarding education reform, was one of five bills conveyed to the House.
The House will reconvene tomorrow at 11am.
