House Bill 2431, which would modify the application process for obtaining a state license to carry a concealed deadly weapon and House Bill 2805, which would make the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals Public Campaign Financing Pilot Program a permanent program, both completed legislation. Senate Bill 435, which would continue the Municipal Home Rule Pilot Program.
