House Bill 4033 passes

The House of Delegates met today at 11 a.m.

The first House Bill of the session was passed today, House Bill 4033. This bill provides penalties for the practice of pharmicist care without a valid license or registration.

House Bill 2101 was sent to third reading; this bill eliminates obsolete government entities. The House will vote on this bill tomorrow.

House Bill 4002, House Bill 4007 and House Bill 4031 were sent to second reading.

House Bill 4011, House Bills 4163 through 4189 and House Bill 4209 were introduced today.

 

The following committees will meet today:

Judiciary Subcommittee on House Bill 2551: 1 p.m.

Veterans Affairs: 1 p.m.

Judiciary: 1:45 p.m.

Finance: 2 p.m.

Education: 2 p.m.

Government Organization: 2 p.m.

 

The following committees will meet tomorrow morning prior to session:

Pensions & Retirement: 8 a.m.

Banking & Insurance: 10 a.m.

 

The House will reconvene tomorrow  morning at 11 a.m.
