When the House reconvened at 9:45 p.m., the conference committe regarding HB 4013 reported back with a recommendation. The bill would require persons desiring to vote to provide valid identification in order to do so. The report was adopted and the bill passed; it now awaits Senate concurrence.

The House concurred with the Senate and passed with an additional amendment the following bills: SB 621, HB 4575, HB 4618, HB 4046 and HB 4489,
The Senate message about HB 4053 regarding the DEP regulation on wood stoves was postponed until 11:30 p.m.
The conference comittee report regarding SB 378 which relates to truancy intervention was rejected.
A conference committee regarding SB 269, the Budget Bill, was appointed.
