The 82nd Legislative sessison for the House of Delegates and State Senate adjourned tonight at midnight. They then quickly reconvened to address the Budget Bill. The Budget Bill was put in to the Extended Budget Session.
The Budget Bill, or Senate Bill 269, addresses the budgetary obstacles and procedures for the next fiscal year.
The bill will be addressed in conference by five House representatives and five Senate representatives. The House representatives are: Nelson, E., Anderson, Householder, Miller and Perry. The Senate representatives are: Hall, Walters, Sypolt, Prezioso and Plymale.
The conference will meet Monday morning at 11 a.m.
