The House of Delegates met briefly for the third day of the 2016 Extraordinary session.
No bills were introduced or advanced.
House Finance will meet today at 2 p.m. and again tomorrow at 9 a.m. in 215E.
The body is in recess until 5 p.m. today.

The House reconvened for a brief floor session.
The House received the Senate message on the passage of Senate Bill 1002 and referred the measure to the Finance committee. Finance will not meet, as previoulsy stated, in the morning.
The House is adjourned until 11 a.m. tomorrow.
