The House of Delegates met briefly for the fourth day of the 2016 Extraordinary Session.
The House introduced two bills: House Bill 104 and 105. House Finance will meet at 2 p.m. today in 215E.
The House is in recess until 5:30 p.m.
UPDATE:
The House met briefly on Wednesday evening to receive the Senate message regarding the passage of Senate Bill 105, which would increase the tax rate on cigarettes and tobacco products. The House dispensed with the committee reference and moved the bill to the floor. The legislation will be on first reading tomorrow.
The House has adjourned until tomorrow at 11 a.m.
House Finance will meet tomorrow at 9 a.m. in 215E
