The House met Wednesday evening to complete legislation on one bill and pass another.
Senate Bill 1010 – Relating to Volunteer Fire Department Workers’ Compensation Premium Subsidy Fund completed legislation. House Bill 111 – Relating generally to tax procedures and administration passed the House and goes onto the Senate.
The House refused to concur with the Senate version of House Bill 107 – Relating generally to the Tax Reform Act of 2017.
The House passed Senate Concurrent Resolution 102 to adjourn until June 5.
The House is adjourned until 11 a.m. on June 5.

House Bill 117 – Relating to the WV Healthcare Authority – and House Bill 118 – Making appropriations of public money out of the Treasury in accordance with section fifty-one, article VI of the Constitution – were introduced.
