The House of Delegates met to appoint members to a conference committee discussing ongoing buget negotiations.
The House appointed Delegates Eric Nelson (R-Kanawha), Paul Espinosa (R-Jefferson), Carol Miller (R-Cabell), Brent Boggs (D-Braxton) and Dave Pethtel (D-Wetzel).
The conference committee met at 3:30 p.m. today and will reconvene at 9 a.m. tomorrow in the Senate Finance room. Discussions are over House Bill 107 – Relating generally to the Tax Reform Act of 2017.
The House also read Senate Bill 1014 – Relating generally to physician assistants- a second time.
The House is adjourned until 3 p.m. tomorrow.
