The House of Delegates convened briefly on Monday, June 12, to announce plans moving forward with the budget.
Delegate Eric Nelson, R-Kanawha, said negotiations have been ongoing throughout the weekend and the conference committee on the tax bill (House Bill 107) will meet at 3:30 p.m. in the House Finance committee room (406M).
The House Finance committee will meet at 4 p.m. in 460M.
The House is in recess until 5 p.m. today.

The House met briefly around 6 p.m.
A conference committee meeting on HB107 was announced for 9 a.m. tomorrow in 451M.
House Finance will meet tentativley at 10 a.m. in 460M.
