Today the Senate met at 11 a.m.
Senate Bills 255-269 were introduced, along with Senate Resolution 6.
Also announced today, Senate Bill 130 was moved from the Senate Education Committee to the Senate Finance Committee. SB130, known as the Tim Tebow Act, will allow students enrolled in private schools or home schooled to participate in athletics or other extracurricular activities at schools that are part of the West Virginia Secondary School Activities Commission.
The Senate is adjorned until Monday at 11 a.m.
