The House of Delegates convened for the first day of the second session of the 85th Legislature.
The House introduced 172 bills and referred them to committees. Four House Resolutions were introduced, references were dispensed with and the resolutions were adopted. Eighteen (18) Joint Resolutions and 11 concurrent were introduced and referred to committees.

The Finance Committee will meet at 9 a.m. in the House Chamber for a budget hearing.
The Judiciary Committee will meet at 9 a.m. in Room 410.
The Committee on Health and Human Resources will meet at 1 p.m. in the House Chamber.
The House reconvened at 5 p.m. to receive messages from the Governor and Senate.
House Bill 4023, Budget Bill, was introduced and referred to the Committee on Finance.
