The Senate passed all six bills introduced earlier this afternoon during their evening floor session. They suspended the constitutional rules, requiring that the bills be read on three separate days, advancing them to second and third reading before passing them.
The passed bills include Senate Bill 2001, Senate Bill 2002, Senate Bill 2003, Senate Bill 2004, Senate Bill 2005 and Senate Bill 2006. These bills will now head to the House of Delegates for consideration.
The Senate Confirmations Committee will meet tomorrow at 12:30 p.m. in Room 208W.
The Senate will reconvene at 12:00 p.m. tomorrow.
