The Senate passed one bill, received a resolution and advanced four bills to second reading during an evening floor session.
Senate Bill 1011 moved on to the House for consideration. The measure creates a temporary high risk pool program to provide certain health insurance coverage.
The Senate also received Senate Concurrent Resolution 101 which provides for issuance of safe roads refunding bonds, in accordance with the Amended Call.
The Senate also advanced four bills to second reading. Those bills include: Senate Bill 1001, Senate Bill 1002, Senate Bill 1009, and House Bill 109.
