The West Virginia Senate convened the Second Regular Session of the 82nd Legislature today at Noon.
After adopting organizational resolutions to inform the House of Delegates and the Governor that the Senate had assembled for session, the body adopted Senate Resolution 3 , which recognizes the achievements and contributions of Monongalia County. The Senate also adopted Senate Resolution 4, which commemorates Mineral County’s 150th anniversary.
The Senate introduced bills 1-268 this afternoon.

HHR at 1 p.m. in 451M
Energy, Industry and Mining at 1 p.m. in 208W
Government Organization at 2 p.m. in 208W
The Senate will reconvene at 6:50 p.m.
