The Legislature convened for the fifth day of the 2016 Extraordinary Session.
The House of Delegates read Senate Bill 1005 – Increasing tax rate on cigarettes and tobacco products – a first time, moving it to second reading on Monday. House Finance will meet at 1 p.m. today in 460M and 9 a.m. Monday in 460M.
The House is adjourned until 11 a.m. Monday.
The Senate gaveled in and back out. They will reconvene at 9:30 a.m. Monday.
