The Senate completed action on two bills and adopted a resolution to extend the time the conference committee can evaluate House Bill 107 during a pair of floor sessions on Friday.
The Senate suspended the constitutional rules requiring a bill to be read on three seperate days to complete action on House Bill 111, which relates generally to tax procedures and administration. The body also completed Senate Bill 1014, which modifies laws relating to physicians’ assistants.
With the adoption of SCR103 the conference committee can now evaluate House Bill 107 , relating generally to the Tax Reform Act of 2017, until June 13.
The Senate is adjourned until Monday, June 12 at 1 p.m.
The conference committee on House Bill 107 will meet at 9 a.m. on Monday in 460M.
