The Senate advanced three bills during a brief floor session Monday afternoon.
House Bill 106 , legislation to furlough the state’s public employees, advanced to second reading along with House Bill 117, which relates to the West Virginia Health Care Authority. The Budget Bill was advanced to third reading with the right to amend.
The Senate is adjourned until tomorrow at 11 a.m.
The conference committee for House Bill 107 will meet at 3:30 p.m. in room 460M.
