B. 388 both bills reappropriate excess funds from the Deparement of Health and Human Resources’ 2018 Fiscal Year budget and transfer them to the Department of Military Affairs and Public Safety and the Department of Administration respectively. The transfered funds will go towards repairs, enterprise resource planning system, and appointed counsel fees.
