S. B. 440 would establish the Library Facilities Improvement Fund and was also passed unanimously with one member absent.
S. B. 272, S. B. 392, S. B. 427, S. B. 433, S. B. 464 and S. B. 468 were passed unanimously to the House.
S. B. 441 was passed 31-2 with one senator absent.
