The Senate read bills on the floor for the first time in the 2021 session, as eight bills advanced to second reading during a brief Saturday morning floor session.
Of the bills read today, Senate Bill 9 continues the Licensed Racetrack Modernization Fund and Senate Bill 34 creates an exemption in the state sales and use tax for the rental or leasing of equipment among commonly owned companies.
Senate Bills 271-294 were introduced.
