Delegate Martin “Rick” Atkinson III (R-Roane) was sworn in this afternoon by House Speaker Tim Armstead. His wife, Jeanette Atkinson, and his sons Martin Atkinson IV and Ryan Atkinson joined him during the ceremony.
Delegate Atkinson was appointed by Governor Tomblin to represent the 11th District after (former) Delegate Bob Ashley was appointed to the State Senate.
