Six Bills Pass Through House

The House convened at 11 a.m. today during the thirty-fourth day of session.

H. B. 4142 – providing certain employees of the Division of Corrections, Division of Juvenile Services, and West Virginia Regional Jail and Correctional Facility Authority a salary adjustment – passed unanimously in the House.

H. B. 4320 – limiting the ability of an agent under a power of attorney to take self-benefiting actions – passed unanimously in the House.

H. B. 4380 – making a supplementary appropriation to the Department of Agriculture – passed unanimously in the House and will be effective from passage.

H. B. 4381 – making a supplementary appropriation to the Department of Education – passed unanimously in the House and will be effective from passage.

H. B. 4384 – making a supplementary appropriation to the Department of Transportation – passed unanimously in the House and will be effective from passage.

H. B. 4386 – making a supplementary appropriation to the Department of Health and Human Resources, Division of Health – Community Mental Health Services – passed unanimously in the House and will be effective from passage.
