The Senate reconvened to introduce 14 bills, including Senate Bill 394, which would authorize the Department of Motor Vehicles to use certain programs to identify uninsured vehicles, and Senate Bill 398, which would prohibit the landfill disposal of certain electronic devices.
Senate Bill 215, Senate Bill 339 and Senate Bill 388 all advanced to second reading.
The Senate also adopted Senate Concurrent Resolution 6, which would name bridge number 10473 in Mingo County the “Matoma C. Sansom Memorial Bridge.”
