Andrew D. Byrd (D-Kanawha) was officially sworn into office on Friday at 2 p.m. during a brief ceremony with friends and family in the House Chamber. Byrd will represent the 35th Delegate District. West Virginia Supreme Court Justice Margaret L. Workman administered the oath of office.
The 1st Session of the 82nd West Virignia Legislature begins on Wednesday, January 14th, 2015.
